SBA Urban has successfully concluded the placement of a EUR 4.5 million tranche of a larger EUR 23.5 million bond issue for the Hermanas Business Centre in Kaunas. Originally scheduled for a later date, the third tranche's placement was completed ahead of time due to robust demand from investors. This marks a significant achievement, reflecting the strong interest in the project and its future potential amidst the evolving infrastructure in the area.

The bond issuance is secured by a pledge of the project's real estate and shares, demonstrating investor confidence in SBA Urban's developments. Andrius Mikalauskas, CEO of Urban LIVE, emphasized that this achievement highlights active capital markets and the trust investors have in their ongoing projects, particularly the Nemunaičiai in Kaunas. The successful placement is pivotal for moving forward with the project, paving the way for necessary construction and finishing works for the new tenant spaces.

With this development, SBA Urban aims to have the Hermanas Business Centre fully completed by year's end.
