She emphasizes the urgency of resolving the dispute through proper administrative and legal means rather than emotional reactions, urging all parties involved to find the strength to engage in constructive dialogue.

In her plea, Popovienė calls on the Alytus city municipality to appoint a temporary administrator from another educational institution to help facilitate a resolution and restore normal educational processes as soon as possible. She also suggests that the municipality form an impartial commission, including responsible officials as proposed by the education ministry, to oversee the resolution process. This recommendation aims to ensure that all aspects of the conflict are addressed fairly and efficiently.

Additionally, she has reached out to union representatives and teachers who are currently not conducting lessons, expressing her disappointment in the lack of progress. Popovienė stresses the importance of collaboration within the education community to resolve conflicts and maintain focus on student learning and welfare, reinforcing the need for immediate action from both the local government and educational stakeholders.
