The graduating cohort included 110 from the high school level and 124 from specialized programs, all of whom will be assigned directly to production roles within the company. The program supports students by providing a monthly stipend of around 170,000 yen, ensuring their needs are met during their training. Since its inception, the school has produced over 20,000 graduates, with approximately 8,500 of them still actively employed at Toyota. Among the graduates was 18-year-old Nami Yamaguchi, who moved from Hokkaido to pursue her education, inspired by her older brother. She demonstrated leadership abilities by excelling in traditional group discipline training and has expressed a strong desire to be a role model for future Toyota employees as she begins her career in the vehicle quality department.
