Dashrath had recently convinced his wife to return to their home from her parental residence, promising that he would not engage in any further conflict. However, upon her return, tensions escalated again, resulting in a verbal argument and alleged physical abuse. This prompted the wife to call her father and leave the house once more.

The departure of his wife seemed to have a profound psychological impact on Dashrath, leading him to spiral into a state of severe mental distress. In a moment of despair, citing stress and desperation, he resorted to using an illegal firearm to inflict a self-injury. Family members rushed him to the hospital, where he received initial treatment but was later transferred to a higher center due to severe injuries. Unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries during the course of treatment.
