Pedro Fresco, a 44-year-old renewable energy expert from Valencia, has published a new book titled 'El arte de impulsar el cambio' ('The Art of Driving Change'), where he asserts that a shift in mindset towards optimism can be crucial in accelerating the energy transition. Fresco believes that the prevalent pessimism surrounding climate change can act as a barrier to progress, and he argues that addressing this issue requires not only technological advancements but also a positive outlook on the potential for change.
