Post-meeting, Iman stated that his party has already put forward their claim for a Rajya Sabha seat and is seeking support from the Grand Alliance for their candidate. Tejashwi Yadav assured that the Grand Alliance is fully prepared to field a candidate for the fifth Rajya Sabha seat, asserting that the numbers favor them and they are confident of winning the elections.
