Grupo Bimbo has reported record net sales of 108.7 billion pesos in the fourth quarter of 2025, representing a 3.9% increase excluding exchange rate effects. This financial success was outlined in their report submitted to the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV), which noted that revenues were boosted by a favorable pricing mix, as well as sales growth across various regions including Mexico, Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
The company's Mexican sales also reached a record high during the last quarter of the previous year, amounting to 39.4 billion pesos, reflecting a 4.8% increase. This surge was attributed to positive effects from the pricing mix, as well as sales growth across all channels and categories, particularly in sweet bread, cakes, and baked goods. The convenience channel particularly stood out, reporting double-digit growth.
Additionally, the growth of Grupo Bimbo was further enhanced by acquisitions made throughout the year, including the purchase of Wickbold in South America. This expansion not only increased their market presence but also contributed to the increase in sales across diverse regions, positioning Grupo Bimbo as a formidable player in the global baked goods market.
