Ukrainian troops on the front lines between Kupiansk and Liman have expressed high appreciation for the Latvian-manufactured 'Patria' armored personnel carriers, particularly one recently deployed in Kharkiv.
On the battlefield in Kharkiv, a 'Patria' armored personnel carrier, one of 42 supplied by Latvia, has been received by the troops of Ukraine's 3rd separate assault brigade. These vehicles are used in the intense fighting that is taking place in Eastern Ukraine, particularly in the front lines along the Kharkiv and Luhansk regions. The delivery of these personnel carriers is part of Latvia's ongoing support to Ukraine amidst the ongoing conflict.
Troops, including a machine gunner known as 'Venoms', have shared positive feedback regarding the maneuverability and operational capabilities of the 'Patria' vehicles. 'Venoms', who has experience as an infantryman, highlights the effectiveness of the vehicle in providing cover during troop disembarkation and in counteracting enemy attacks. His comments underscore not just satisfaction with the equipment, but also its strategic advantages in combat situations.
The driver of the armored carrier, known as 'ShershΔn' or 'Sirsenis', emphasizes the necessity of agility and quick responses while operating the vehicle.
