With the support of sniffer dogs, firefighters search for a man missing in a forest area in Northwest Minas

The man reportedly left his home around 7:30 PM wearing camouflage clothing and accompanied by two dogs, heading towards a nearby forest area, and has not been seen since. His family alerted authorities after his absence.

The search operation has been organized by the Fire Department of Unaí, who have increased their manpower to enhance search efforts. Additional support has come from a specialized team from the 8th Fire Battalion based in Uberaba, which is utilizing search dogs for more focused scanning of the area. Approximately 30 volunteers, family members, and military police are also participating in the efforts to locate the missing man.

As the search continues, firefighters reported that efforts have intensified over the past few days, focusing on the forested regions close to where the man was last seen. The cooperation between local authorities, volunteers, and specialized teams underscores the community's commitment to finding the missing individual and bringing him back safely.
