Victimized children have also recorded statements in court under section 164, which provide substantial evidence against the accused.

Brahmachari highlighted that the medical reports corroborate the allegations of wrongdoing against the children and implicated others in the crime, including the CEO of the monastery, Prakash Upadhyay, and disciples Swami Mukundanand and Arvind. He also accused a woman named 'Purnima' of being an accomplice, indicating a broader conspiracy within the religious organization. These accusations bring to light not only the alleged abuse but also questions about the management and possible corruption within the ashrams, further complicating the situation.

Additionally, Brahmachari raised concerns about the legitimacy of Swami Avimukteshwaranand's position as he rapidly assumed the role of Shankaracharya, despite a Supreme Court order halting the use of this title in connection with his deceased guru.
