Ashutosh Brahmachari, the head of the Shakumbhari Peeth, arrived at the Allahabad High Court on Tuesday to submit a written response concerning the sexual abuse allegations made against Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati, the Shankaracharya of Jyotish Peeth. This response was submitted in compliance with a court order regarding Swami Avimukteshwaranand's anticipatory bail application. Ashutosh's submission, which comprises a staggering 883 pages, includes evidence of various offenses committed against underage boys and also highlights the false affidavit presented by Swami Avimukteshwaranand regarding his status as Shankaracharya.
