OPAP A.E., a leading gambling company in Greece, has announced the spin-off of its gaming division into a newly established subsidiary. This new entity, named ‘Organismos Prognostikon Agonon Podosfairou Monoprosopi Anonyma Etaireia,’ will inherit all assets and liabilities of the former gaming division.
