Tex+Fa Club Opens as a Venue for Communication and Innovation in the Textile Fashion Industry

The Tex+Fa Club, a distinguished venue aimed at fostering communication and collaboration within the textile fashion industry, was inaugurated on February 24th in Gangnam, Seoul.

On February 24, the Korea Textile Industry Association (KTIA), led by Chairman Choi Byung-oh, inaugurated the Tex+Fa Club, a new venue designed to enhance communication and collaboration among textile fashion professionals. Spanning an area of approximately 1,637 square meters on the 17th floor of the Textile Center in Gangnam, the facility aims to become a high-end business convention space that instills pride among its users.

Chairman Choi emphasized that the Tex+Fa Club will serve as an incubator where creativity and technological prowess within the textile industry can coalesce to create new value. He envisions it as more than just a network space but rather a landmark symbolizing the competitiveness and stature of K-textile fashion in the global market. With 34% of the club's area allocated for dedicated use by the textile community, it will feature exclusive spaces like a high-end lounge and conference room designed to support decision-making among industry leaders and facilitate collaboration among local companies and startups.

Located in a prime area set for major development projects—including the construction of a metropolitan underground complex and the GTX transportation network—the Tex+Fa Club is seen as a strategic move to enhance the value of the Textile Center and meet the demands of the rapidly growing MICE industry. The club is expected to play a critical role in the expansion of the textile fashion industry by serving as a shared business platform, accessible via an easy reservation system, thereby promoting synergy and cooperation among professionals in the sector.
