On February 24, around 21:50 in Klaipeda, Lithuania, police reported an incident at a shopping center on Taikos street, where a young man pulled out an object resembling a firearm and fired a shot. Authorities quickly apprehended the perpetrator, a 20-year-old male with a blood alcohol content of 1.72, indicating significant drunkenness at the time of the incident.
