A couple suspected of murdering and robbing 68-year-old retiree Deusino Cardoso da Silva has been indicted for the crime of latrocínio (robbery followed by murder) after a police investigation was completed. The crime took place in early January in Araguatins, northern Tocantins. The suspects, a 27-year-old woman and a 34-year-old man, have not had their names disclosed, thus their legal representation remains unidentified.
