The São Paulo City Hall has opened registrations for 1,440 free vacancies in courses focused on sound, image, audiovisual, and scene techniques for young people aged 14 to 29.
The São Paulo City Hall has launched a program offering 1,440 free vacancies in various courses related to sound, image, audiovisual, and scene techniques. This initiative is aimed at young individuals aged 14 to 29, seeking to enhance their creative skills and improve their job market prospects. Registration for these courses will be available until March 9, through the program's official website.
These courses are part of the Rede Daora program, developed by the Municipal Secretary of Culture and Creative Economy in collaboration with the Instituto Movimento ao Esporte, Lazer e Cultura (IMELC). The municipal government emphasizes the importance of equipping the youth with practical skills that align with the creative industry's demands. The courses are designed to cater to diverse interests and ambitions in the audiovisual sector, fostering a new generation of professionals.
Classes will take place in creative studios located in three cultural spaces strategically placed within the city: Teatro Flávio Império in the East Zone, Casa de Cultura Butantã in the West Zone, and Casa de Cultura Chico Science in the South Zone. By offering these educational opportunities, the São Paulo government aims to bridge the gap between youth potential and practical career pathways in the thriving cultural scene of the city.
