Toyota has launched the Yaris Cross, a new SUV in Argentina, offering various models at fixed prices through March.
Toyota has officially introduced its Yaris Cross in Argentina at a launch event held at Movistar Arena, attended by dealers, executives, journalists, and brand guests. The Yaris Cross, manufactured in Brazil, aims to compete in the B-segment of SUVs, positioning itself between the Yaris hatchback and Corolla Cross, and is available in both hybrid and gasoline models.
The arrival of the Yaris Cross is significant for Toyota as it fills a gap in their SUV lineup, catering to fans of the brand who have been eager for a model in this segment. The Yaris Cross will be offered in several versions, including two hybrid variants and three gasoline versions, providing customers with a range of choices based on their preferences and needs.
In addition to the launch, Toyota has confirmed that the prices announced for the Yaris Cross will remain stable through March, providing customers with certainty amidst a fluctuating market. The pricing for the various versions has been set as follows: Yaris Cross XLI 1.5 CVT at $41,464,000, Yaris Cross XEI 1.5 CVT at $45,260,000, Yaris Cross XEI HEV 1.5 eCVT at $48,457,000, and Yaris Cross SEG 1.5 CVT at $50,224,000. This pricing strategy may help Toyota maintain its competitive edge in the Argentinian automotive market.
