During a visit to Kyiv on the fourth anniversary of Russia's brutal invasion of Ukraine, Latvian Prime Minister Evika Siliņa reaffirmed Latvia's strong support for Ukraine, emphasizing the importance of freedom and the right to shape one’s own future.
