Finnair announces that it will operate its summer routes to Luxembourg, Valencia, and Torino year-round, enhancing travel options for customers.
Finnair has revealed an expansion of its flight network, transitioning some of its summer routes into year-round operations. The airline's move aims to provide customers with reliable travel opportunities throughout the year. The announcement was made by Antti Tolvanen, the director in charge of Finnair's network, highlighting the importance of consistent connectivity for travelers.
The new routes will significantly impact travel dynamics, particularly from Luxembourg, which is expected to see a substantial increase in business and transfer passengers. In addition to the Luxembourg route, Finnair will maintain weekly flights to Torino during the winter, with a slight increase in frequency to two flights per week from January to March. The Valencia route will also continue in the winter with four weekly flights. Furthermore, the airline is adding new flights to Stavanger for the upcoming winter, reflecting a broader strategy to diversify its service offerings and cater to increased demand from various destinations.
