On Estonia's Independence Day, celebrations commenced in Tallinn at 7:32 AM with a ceremonial flag-raising at the Tallinβs Long Hermann Tower, which was accompanied by the national anthem. Parallel events occurred in other cities, including Narva, Tartu, and Silameja, demonstrating a nationwide appreciation for the date. The parliamentary speaker, Lauri Hussar, delivered a significant speech during the ceremony.
