Jadou.. The first student to lead prayers in the history of Al-Azhar
Mohamed Abd Al-Nabi Jadou has made history as the first university student to lead prayers at Al-Azhar during the Taraweeh prayers.
In the historic corridors of Al-Azhar, Mohamed Abd Al-Nabi Jadou has become the first university student to lead prayers during the Taraweeh prayers, marking a significant moment in the institution's long tradition. Hailing from the village of Al-Majafaf in Al-Sharqiya Governorate, Mohamed grew up in a religious household, guided by his father, a mosque imam, who helped him memorize the Quran by the age of ten. Speaking to a program on Al Jazeera Mubasher, he expressed his unique sense of tranquility whenever he enters the prayer area of Al-Azhar, stating that it feels like his heart soars within the mosque's walls after leading the prayers.
