In Plungė, Lithuania, a teacher at the Plungė Senamiesčio School has resigned following allegations of watching pornography while on duty. This decision came amidst an internal investigation undertaken by the school, which revealed improper use of work equipment for personal purposes. Gintautas Rimeikis, the head of the Education and Sports Department for Plungė district, confirmed that the teacher submitted a resignation request himself.

The investigation found several violations, notably the unethical behavior related to the consumption of adult content during work hours. While the internal review process has concluded, a commission has been assembled to extend its work for a few more days in order to prepare comprehensive conclusions on the matter.
