Recent survey results indicate that public approval of Donald Tusk's government has declined, with negative ratings at 47.2% and positive ratings at 30%.
A new survey conducted by the National Research Group has examined how Poles perceive the government of Donald Tusk. The results present a bittersweet picture for Tusk, with a current negative rating of 47.2%, although this shows a slight decrease of 1.8 percentage points compared to the previous survey. Meanwhile, only 30% of respondents expressed a positive view of the government's actions, marking a decline of 2.4 percentage points. Notably, 22.8% of respondents chose a neutral stance on the government's performance.
When analyzing the surveys from the National Research Group, these figures represent one of the lowest levels of negative ratings for Tusk's government in recent months. The government faced its worst ratings in January 2025 and December 2025, with negative assessments reaching 54.2% and 53.1%, respectively. The coalition government saw its highest positive ratings in November 2025, where 34.2% of respondents had a favorable view, and in May 2025, with 33.2% positive assessments.
The survey conducted by the National Research Group took place from February 9 to February 14, 2026, gathering important insights into public sentiment towards Tusk's administration in a crucial political context, as the government faces challenges ahead.
