During his visit to Singapore, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath engaged in discussions that led to major investment agreements aimed at boosting the state's economy. One of the standout agreements was with the Universal Success Group for a ₹6,650 crore investment, which emphasizes the state's focus on attracting foreign investment to enhance infrastructure and job creation.

In addition to the investment deal, discussions also revolved around a large-scale international themed township project near the Jewar Airport. This project will occupy 100 acres and is expected to involve investments of ₹3,500 crores, alongside providing employment opportunities for approximately 12,000 individuals.
