Lithuania's electricity transmission system operator, Litgrid, has appointed A. Šemeškevičius as its new leader. His appointment follows a public selection process and comes with a five-year mandate from the company's board. Prior to his position at Litgrid, A. Šemeškevičius served as the technology director at Telia Lietuva for eleven years. He also held a position as an independent board member at Litgrid from 2023 to 2024, where he focused on technology and digitalization.
