On a Thursday evening in October, Mikael Myllylä's peaceful night was disrupted after he sold 69 young cattle to a broker from Estonia. Earlier that day, Myllylä and the broker had loaded the animals into a truck at a cow farm in Sievi, North Ostrobothnia, and the truck was on its way to Poland. However, a mishap occurred when the truck transporting Myllylä's cattle overturned in Pihtipudas, Central Finland, leading to the cattle appearing in news reports next to a farm near the accident site, much to Myllylä's disbelief.
