In Cerejeiras, Rondônia, a tragic incident unfolded when Jeferson Euclides Ramos Strappazzon, 19, was fatally stabbed by his wife, aged 30, during a domestic dispute. Reports indicate that the couple had been drinking together and returned home where their argument escalated. The altercation turned violent when Strappazzon allegedly threw a cellphone at his wife's face and physically assaulted her, prompting her to retaliate with a knife.

The event, which occurred early on Saturday morning, was witnessed by one of the couple's daughters. After the stabbing, the woman contacted the police to report the incident, admitting to her actions. First responders from the fire department were called to the scene; however, Strappazzon succumbed to his injuries, having received a deep knife wound to the neck.

Authorities have since confiscated the murder weapon and initiated an investigation at the crime scene. Furthermore, the children present during the incident have been placed in protective care.
