The recent snowstorm in Austria has resulted in a tragic rise in the death toll, with two more individuals losing their lives due to avalanches. This brings the total number of casualties to seven since the severe weather began on Friday. Among the casualties is a 41-year-old man who was completely buried when an avalanche was triggered while he and another person were navigating a steep section at approximately 1,600 meters in Tyrol on Saturday morning. Although he was rescued and transported to a hospital, he unfortunately succumbed to his injuries shortly after.
