3560 requests for tax refunds for the first property

The Agency for Legal Traffic and Real Estate Mediation has received a total of 3,560 requests for tax refunds related to the purchase or construction of first residential properties, with 2,340 approved so far, according to the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Construction, and State Property.
