APN received 3560 requests for tax refunds for the first property

The Agency for Legal Transactions and Real Estate Mediation (APN) has received a total of 3560 tax refund requests for the purchase or construction of the first residential property, with 2340 already approved valued at 17.95 million euros, according to the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Construction, and State Property.
