Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara addressed the public in an appeal for support for All Progressives Congress (APC) candidates during upcoming by-elections set for Saturday. These elections aim to fill vacant seats in the Rivers State House of Assembly for Ahoada East Constituency 2 and Khana Constituency 2.
