This event occurred around 5:34 AM, near a pet food store located on Major Lúcio Dias Ramos street. The footage reveals the suspect approaching the sleeping woman and igniting the material presumably with a lighter, before fleeing the scene.

Approximately two minutes later, the woman awoke to the flames and managed to extinguish the fire by filling a bucket with water from a nearby tap.
