Lidl Lithuania has revealed that the average salary for employees will rise from β¬2,361 to approximately β¬2,575 before taxes this year, marking a 9% increase. This adjustment showcases Lidl's commitment to maintaining its leadership in average salaries among major grocery chains in Lithuania, as confirmed by data from Rekvizitai.lt. The calculation of the average salary is based on the earnings of all employees who have worked a full calendar month in the company.
Liina Kippasto, the HR director of Lidl for Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, emphasized that ensuring financial security and employee well-being is a top priority for the company.
