Further incidents reported include scammers suggesting residents invest in gold and transfer it to strangers or encouraging them to withdraw money from banks to hand over to arriving couriers. The ministry strongly advises residents to be cautious and not to let suspicious individuals into their homes. Instead, they are encouraged to contact local authorities immediately by calling 112 if they encounter anyone suspicious.
