Survey: Adults who learn are more satisfied with their careers

A recent survey indicates that adults engaged in learning initiatives report higher career satisfaction, with various educational participation levels noted.

A survey conducted in Latvia reveals that adults who engage in learning activities are significantly more satisfied with their careers. According to the data, nearly one-third, or 31%, of respondents have not participated in any educational activities in the past year. In contrast, 28% have taken part in workplace training, while 18% have enrolled in educational institutions for various programs or courses. Additionally, 24% reported acquiring new skills and knowledge through self-study.

She highlighted that regular enhancement of skills and knowledge is crucial for navigating the rapidly changing job market.
