Authorities in Lithuania are investigating a case where a resident of Vilnius, identified as S. A., is accused of selling significant quantities of narcotics, including carfentanil and methadone, to a 30-year-old man from Utena named P. J. The incident, which occurred last February, led to a critical situation for a 30-year-old woman, S. G., who nearly lost her life after consuming the drugs. Reports indicate that P. J. and S. G. traveled to Vilnius together, where P. J. purchased the narcotics from S. A., before using them on their return journey to Utena.
