Jordan Sneddon, 28, from Tamworth, decided to avoid the £6.40 charge by executing a dangerous U-turn on the busy motorway. The CCTV footage presented in court illustrated his reckless tactics as he navigated the motorway contrary to traffic norms, all to dodge a minor fee.

After his initial disregard for safety, Sneddon escalated his actions by leading police on a high-speed chase where he reportedly reached speeds of 90mph in a 30mph zone, ran multiple red lights, and even crashed into a roundabout.
