Big changes for Jarosław Kaczyński. How much his neighbors paid for the property

Recent data reveals the transaction values of properties, highlighting financial details about Jarosław Kaczyński's neighbors.

The Registry of Real Estate Prices (RCN) provides a database of transaction prices for properties that have been sold, compiled by Polish counties under the geodetic and cartographic law. Annually, around 700,000 transactions are recorded, and while the data had previously been public, access required payment. However, since February 13, transaction prices for properties have finally been made publicly available.

Recently released data is being transformed into user-friendly databases, allowing individuals to easily access prices of particular apartments on platforms such as Deweloperuch and mojgeoportal.pl, a site created by former Chief Surveyor of the Country, Waldemar Izdebski. This initiative not only brings transparency but also includes historical data, enabling citizens to check the purchase prices of properties, including the second part of the duplex where Jarosław Kaczyński resides.

Further, Kaczyński, a prominent Polish politician, is set to have new neighbors in Żoliborz, a district in Warsaw. The article highlights the recent property transactions in the area, sparking interest in the valuations of residential properties neighboring the influential lawmaker. As a result, the data not only sheds light on real estate trends but also raises questions about the economic landscape in Polish politics, illustrating the connection between political figures and real estate values within their communities.
