The carnival, themed 'Everyone is Here', took place across nine official venues and required extensive planning involving various sectors, including security, health, mobility, and urban cleaning.

Most attendees were from Pernambuco, while tourists predominantly traveled from neighboring states such as Paraíba, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and Rio Grande do Norte. The event also attracted international visitors from countries including Cuba, Argentina, Spain, Portugal, and the United States, highlighting Olinda's appeal as a cultural destination.
