A 38-year-old woman, who had been sentenced to nearly 10 years in prison for drug trafficking in Maranhão, was arrested in Guiratinga, Mato Grosso, after allegedly stabbing her husband. The police indicated that she was already a fugitive from justice when she attacked her spouse, highlighting her ongoing legal troubles. She had a definitive arrest warrant issued by the 1st Court of Penal Executions of São Luís (MA) pending against her.
