Dynamic Pharmacy Warehouse has shown stable growth over the past years, with its turnover increasing from €113,300,949 in 2023 to €125,456,041 in 2024, along with a rise in gross profit from €6,391,987 to €7,047,037. The management of Dynamic will remain unchanged, preserving the company's commercial identity and structure, which could help ease the transition and reassure employees and clients about continuity.

On the other hand, Profarm's financial performance for 2024 indicates a significant increase, with revenues soaring to €340,601,435, compared to €195,077,130 in the previous period, marking an impressive growth rate of 74.60%. This acquisition reflects Profarm's ambitious strategy to leverage Dynamic's established market position to foster further growth and potentially introduce new services or products that could benefit the broader healthcare sector in Greece.
