According to the Military Police's report, the suspect pointed the firearm at various individuals within the premises and attempted to flee the scene by getting on a motorcycle when authorities arrived. He resisted police commands and reached for his weapon, resulting in a tense confrontation that ultimately led to his immobilization and arrest.

During the apprehension, the man sustained minor injuries to his forehead, prompting medical evaluation at the Hospital de São Luiz do Anauá.
