63-year-old man suffers electric shock, falls, and dies while working in Maceió
A 63-year-old man has died after suffering an electric shock and falling from a height of about five meters while working in Maceió.

The incident took place in the São Jorge neighborhood where the victim was working at the time. Reports indicate that after receiving the shock, the man fell approximately five meters, resulting in severe injuries.
Emergency services, including the Military Firefighters of Alagoas, responded swiftly to the scene. Upon arrival, they found the victim in cardiac arrest and initiated cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) protocols immediately. Despite their efforts and adherence to emergency procedures, the man did not respond to the resuscitation attempts.
Medical personnel from the Emergency Medical Service confirmed the man’s death on-site after all emergency measures were exhausted.
