Furthermore, police stated that such actions can significantly endanger aviation safety.
The police responded by locating the man at his home, where he was found in possession of the laser device used in the incident. Subsequently, he was taken to the Central De Flagrantes in São José for questioning. After being heard by the authorities, he was released, though the police highlighted the seriousness of the offense due to the potential risks involved in targeting aircraft with lasers.
