Out-of-control car kills elderly man and leaves young woman injured in Presidente Venceslau

An elderly man died and a young woman was injured after being struck by an out-of-control vehicle in Presidente Venceslau, Brazil.

On the evening of Tuesday, the 17th, a tragic incident occurred in Presidente Venceslau, São Paulo, where a 73-year-old man lost his life and a 21-year-old woman sustained injuries after being hit by an out-of-control car. The accident took place on Rua Joaquim Silveira da Cunha around 8:41 PM. According to the police report, the 48-year-old driver was maneuvering two cars in his garage. He parked one vehicle in front of his house while keeping it running and engaged the brakes. However, when he returned to maneuver the second car, the first vehicle rolled down a slope uncontrollably, striking the pair who were identified as father and daughter.
