On Tuesday, a 13-year-old boy was detained in Tanque D'Arca, located in the interior of Alagoas, Brazil, for performing stunts on a motorcycle and attempting to evade police officers. Local police were conducting routine patrols when they spotted the young rider, who appeared to be underage, and initiated an approach. Rather than complying, the adolescent performed a wheelie and tried to flee the scene.

The police pursued the boy and eventually caught up with him, seeing him perform another wheelie directly in front of their police vehicle. After stopping him, they confirmed his age as 13. Due to reported internet connectivity issues in the area, both the young rider and the motorcycle were taken to the Military Police Group for processing.

Upon the arrival of the boy's guardians, they faced legal consequences as well, specifically a Termo Circunstanciado de Ocorrência (TCO), as they allowed their underage son to operate a vehicle unsupervised. This incident highlights concerns around youth involvement in reckless behavior and the responsibilities of parents in ensuring their children follow the law.
