Indexo Bank has announced a change in its board of directors, with Zlata Elksniņa-Zaščirinska replacing Ramona Miglāne. Alongside this change, the current chairman Valdis Vancovičs, vice-chairman Sven Dinsdorfs, and board members Mārtiņš Jaunarājs and Renāts Lokomets have had their terms extended from the same date.

As of December 2025, the composition of Indexo's shareholding revealed that the largest stakeholder is AS Alppes Capital, owned by Aigars Kesenfelds, holding 29.68% of shares, while Agris Evertovskis owns 6.61% through SIA EC Finance.
