The representative of the Lithuanian Social Democratic Party (LSDP) clarified that Gintautas Paluckas retains the right to make decisions concerning his position within the party and the Seimas. Citing the party's statute, particularly Article 15, it was pointed out that a member should temporarily suspend their membership if required by law or until any accusations are substantiated.
