A new organization, the Organization for Women's Entrepreneurship and Leadership (OGE), is scheduled to be founded in February as a result of a collaborative decision by prominent business entities in Greece, including the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry and several entrepreneurs' associations. The initiative aims to advance the business and policy landscape for women by creating resources designed for education, training, and consulting, fostering networking opportunities, and facilitating the exchange of best practices both nationally and internationally.

Sophia Kounenaki Efthaimoglou is expected to take the helm as the head of OGE following its establishment.
