Montes Claros, the largest city in the region, will host the University Circuit from 3 PM until 1 AM along Avenida Professor Aída Mainartina Paraíso, enticing party-goers to don their costumes and join in. Additionally, the Calango Baila & Sebá block will kick off at 11 AM on Rua Guarani in the Melo neighborhood, contributing to the festive atmosphere. Apart from Montes Claros, several other localities in Northern Minas will host their own celebratory events.
